Server Products stainless steel pump dispenses directly from a #5 can (1½ quart (1.4 L) capacity) (Can NOT included). A 1 ounce (30 mL) serving is the maximum portion per stroke. Portions can be reduced in 1/8 ounce (3.7 mL) increments, using the supplied gauging collars. This pump is suitable for thick fluids, syrups and particulate sauces.
