The King 9 fryer's inside dimensions are 15 1/3" x 15 3/4" and is big enough for three funnel cakes. With 5500 watts of power, this fryer will do three funnel cakes at a time! With this all purpose fryer you can fry up funnel cakes, donuts, elephant ears, etc and also the King 9 is a DEEP fryer, so add a basket kit (sold seperately) to do french fries, bacon puffs, onion blossoms or other foods that require a deeper fryer. The perfect fryer for medium volume locations. Be sure to order a funnel cake ring mold and skimmers, baskets or tongs, sold separately and pick up one of our onion blossom cutters.
