The funnel finger "lift-off" 6-slot mold is important for concession operations for two reasons: it makes creating the funnel fingers super easy and gives the best appearance and visual appeal that boosts sales! You simply fill the mold, cook slightly, then lift off the mold to allow the funnel fingers to float freely. A bottom plate is included that the mold sits on and also helps protect the heating elements from the batter. Choose the lift-off mold for your particular fryer type. This model is for ribbon style heater elements and will work with all our ribbon style fryers (ie: # 8078, #8082, #8088, #8090, etc) Specifications: Stainless Steel with non-stick coating with 6 finger slot molds with bottom plate platform. 4lbs. Product Review: I recently purchased the finger mold and used it at a Ren Faire. Although it is fairly heavy, (a-lot of metal) it worked great. It was easy to clean do to the non stick coating. They were a big seller.
