Caramel Apple Dip Warmer. This deluxe water bath warmer is twice the capacity of the model 4008. A necessity for higher volume sales. Specially designed to avoid burning any of the Caramel Dip or Caramel Toppings. They contain cream and would burn if placed in anything other than this "double-boiler" cooker. Also can be used for fudge, cheese or other warmed toppings. Easy to clean. Variable heat control. Stainless steel water tank.

* PLEASE NOTE: Apple wholesalers are applying a new preservative coating to apples to keep them fresher longer. It is called LAC Resin or Shellac Resin. It makes apples appear very shiny and fresh, and does tend to extend the shelf life. However, caramel apple dip, chocolate, and candy coatings will not stick to these apples. It is not a problem with the caramel apple dip or the candy coating, but is the result of the wholesaler’s slick coating. Usually washing the apples with soap and water removes the previously used wax coatings, however, it will not remove this new coating. The only thing that will remove it is Propylene Glycol (food-safe alcohol). To insure that your apples will coat properly be sure to purchase apples that are not coated with LAC Resin or Shellac Resin.
