This full-size pan warmer is all stainless steel, including the water vessel. It features an adjustable real thermostat with degree markings and a water bath design. The adjustable thermostat actually senses food temperature and turns the heating element to on or off to keep your product at the perfect temperature. Use a full size steam pan, or any combination of pans that make a full size pan opening. Pans can be up to 6" deep. NOTE: This warmer does NOT include steam pans. The 90020 is end operated for adjustment ease when lining up more than one warmer. Adapter plates are available to accept two 7-qt (6.6 L) vegetable insets or three 4-qt (3.8 L) insets (sold separately).
