Shipping & Delivery
We ship orders Monday-Friday excluding Holidays. Orders usually ship out within 3-5 business days, subject to stock availability or our distributor's stock-on-hand. At this time, shipping of merchandise is ONLY to locations within the United States and NOT to international locations. Sorry, NO shipments to APO/FPO addresses, postal annex facilities or freight forwarding compaines. We ship orders utilizing FedEx Ground and UPS Ground. No expedited or air shipments are available. No international shipping. We MUST have a street address as our ground service carriers cannot deliver to a P.O. BOX. NOTE: We reserve the right to utilize a different carrier than selected at checkout. We ship ONLY to locations within the United States. Sorry, No exceptions! We reserve the right to cancel your order for shipment addresses outside of this restriction. Shipping time frames are only an estimate and are not guaranteed. We will not be liable for penalties, whether monetary or otherwise, due to shipping delays. Shipments to Alaska or Hawaii may incur additional shipping charges not reflected at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel orders that incur these additional charges.

Sales Tax
MEG Concession Supply, as required by law, charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this web site that is shipped to the state of Maryland.

Purchase Orders
MEG Concession Supply does not accept purchase orders, as we cannot extend credit to our customers. Purchase Orders received by us will not be acknowledged or processed.

Invoices, Receipts and Tracking Information
MEG Concession Supply communicates via email. IMPORTANT: All order confirmations, invoices, receipts and shipment tracking info is communicated via email only. A packing slip will not be provided in your shipment. Therefore, please check your SPAM filter or other settings in your email software to allow communications from "concession-supply.com". Return Policy
Parts may NOT be returned. No exceptions. You were advised in the product listing to carefully select parts. Other items may be returned ONLY after notifying MEG Concession Supply by email sales@Concession-Supply.com or by US Mail: P.O. BOX 351, Damascus, MD 20872 prior to your intent to do so. You will be provided a RMA. Original shipping and handling charges AND return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the consumer unless an error was made on our part or carrier damage occured. Requests for returns MUST be made within 15 days of delivery of product. A restocking fee of 25% of purchase price will be applied to ALL returns unless an error was made on our part or carrier damage occured. NO Exceptions!
