These two flavors are the bare minimum for cotton candy operations. This dual pack contains a single carton of each flavor to get you started or for a single party event. The two cartons will make approximately 140 cones! Gold Medal floss sugar is made from a special sugar that's not too fine and not too coarse. Colors have been "vividized" so that you get a brilliant color, but color concentrations do not exceed the limits set down by the Food & Drug Administration's GMP Directives. Floss sugar is packed in sealed 3¼ lb cartons. Open the carton and pour into the spinner head - no messy mixing or unsanitary sugar buckets. And inventory is much easier and more accurate. Each carton makes approximately 70 cones.
